Our goal is to distribute the "The 861 Evidence" Mini-CD to as many people as fast as possible in order to BEGIN to make them aware of the irrefutable evidence in Subchapter N, Section 861 of the federal income tax law that proves that most Americans have never owed federal income taxes.
The regulations under this section of the law is where government lawyers concealed the truth that the income tax is imposed only on those engaged in INTERNATIONAL commerce. Since they wrote and arranged the law in this manner, they are KNOWINGLY DEFRAUDING most Americans (those with only domestic income) into paying federal income taxes not owed by law.
This educational effort to wake up the public, who deserve to NOT be deceived about what the law says, is run entirely on a volunteer break-even basis. All money that is received will be immediately used to produce more MiniCDs. No personal information will be kept, but a record of each donation and purchase will be kept (to prove that the money is used only for expenses related to the MiniCD).

Keep in mind that "The 861 evidence" MiniCD is a broad overview of the issue, with only 10 (of the 70) minutes devoted to showing the actual evidence in the law. Subchapter N, Section 861 (as well as over 80 years of prior law) proves that (contrary to what the public has been led to believe) the "income" tax is NOT a direct tax on incomes but an indirect tax imposed only on those engaged in INTERNATIONAL commerce.
The income tax is imposed on the "taxable income" of individuals, not all income. But the law itself shows over and over again that in order to have "taxable income," the income must be derived from international commerce.
What is most difficult to see is what is NOT THERE. The domestically earned incomes of Americans (most incomes) are NOT shown to be taxable (because they are never mentioned) and never have been. It is MISSING from the law, proving that the federal government has managed to achieve the biggest FRAUD in recorded history.
